Description

Extra virgin olive oil with high nutritional value, produced exclusively from olives of the Koroneiki variety in Filiatra of Messinia.

The unripe fruit is harvested at the beginning of October and is processed on the same day as the olives are picked, strictly by mechanical means and by cold processing at temperatures not exceeding 27°C.

The extra virgin olive oil we produce from early harvesting has low acidity levels, is rich in polyphenols and has a deep green colour. It has a mild, fruity aroma and is distinguished by its slightly bitter taste and spicy aftertaste.

It is an olive oil with a high nutritional value and beneficial properties for the body, mainly due to the increased number of polyphenols, which fight cholesterol. It can be used for cooking, in fresh salads, as part of a dressing and is ideal for immediate consumption.
