Kalamata olives, also known as Greek olives, are famous all over the world.

They are oval in shape, dark purple in colour and have a characteristic flavour and intense aroma. They ripen on the tree, are picked by hand one by one, washed thoroughly and preserved in brine with red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
